G- Gee, I need a break

Okay, yes, this is not related to crafts. So, last time I tried the A-Z challenge I was diagnosed with breast cancer some time around M and gave up. This time, I went to the hospital with cellulitius, which I have had 6-7 times since they removed 25 lymphnodes. I am tired of being chronically ill. I want to finish the challenge, but, gee, I just can't think of crafting today.

  1. I've popped in again to say Hi.
I'm sorry to read about the breast cancer diagnosis during a previous A-Z, I hope you're okay.
Don't stress about posting - it take the fun out of it all. And, trust me, these challenges should be all about the fun.

I recently missed M, N, O posts due to stress in my life and I'll be quite frank when I say posting takes a back seat to all else.

Now, on a personal note - I have been posting about Low Carb High Fat - and all things related to it. Namely health issues my mother has been suffering with - such as diabetes. I have been doing extensive research on all things relating to the Immune Systems and Gut. It's quite fascinating.

Anyway, in light of you mentioning you are "tired of being chronically ill" I am going out on a limb and would like to recommend a book called The Autoimmune Solution, by Amy Myers, MD. It's a life changer. My mother and I, and my daughter, are all reading it. We are totally amazed at how this book is impacting our lives, and our health. Let me know if you take a look at it. You can get it from your library too.

Anyway… drop by my site as I have a blog roll called TO YOUR HEALTH which features some amazing MDs and others that are changing the face of health care. (long overdue).

    Cheers, Jenny
