After a day of fighting in the snow, I realized I needed warmer garb. This outfit was a quick solution. I'll likely upgrade it at some point with some embroidery, but for now, it is warm and comfortable.
This was one of my first experiments with a different edging. I was trying to tie the black of the brocade trim I used by using black elsewhere. I was also having fun with the opposite colors on each side.
The trim was the expensive part... I just love trims that are well done. The ribbon was something I had in my stash, and I felt like it helped anchor the whole thing together.
Back view... much like the front. I seem to have many belt favors.
